Instead of building outwards or adding a second storey, our clients asked us to build beneath their existing home.
Thanks to the natural slope of their block and generous subfloor clearance, the land offered the perfect conditions for this style of extension.

This approach required precise excavation, careful structural planning, and a tailored design to maintain the strength and integrity of the existing home.

Stage by Stage

Stage 1 of this Under House Extension includes two new bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a laundry — all thoughtfully laid out beneath the current home.
By fully utilising the subfloor area, we’re transforming unused space into functional, family-friendly living zones.

Stage 2 will expand the home even further with two additional bedrooms, including a luxurious master suite with a private en-suite and a spacious walk-in robe — cleverly designed on the side of the house to balance space and flow.
