This cherished family home had served its owners for over a decade but needed more space and a fresh, modern update.
We fully renovated the home inside and out, carefully preserving its classic character while adding contemporary comfort and function.
Following the architect’s detailed design, we created a spacious new living area with beautiful smoked oak herringbone flooring.
This bright and welcoming space flows seamlessly into a dedicated home office filled with natural light—perfect for today’s lifestyle.
The living area opens directly onto a generous alfresco entertaining space with durable merbau decking and built-in garden beds.
Beyond this, the fully landscaped rear yard offers a peaceful and private outdoor retreat.
We skillfully added a large garage beneath the floorline to blend discreetly with the existing home’s design.
This thoughtful addition respects local council guidelines and preserves the home’s heritage appeal.
From the new living area, we included a spacious laundry designed to meet the family’s practical needs.
We also reconfigured access to two renovated bedrooms, adapting them carefully to the owners’ evolving lifestyle.
Our team restored the remaining period-style spaces, including the formal lounge and dining rooms.
We refreshed the stained timber panelling, breathing new life into these classic areas.
Outside, we repainted the entire home and expertly matched the extension’s render to the original stipple finish.
We replaced the terrazzo tiling on the front porch, maintaining the home’s timeless charm.
Finally, we patched and rendered the front fence to blend perfectly with the period style.
