From the outset, the rear pool influenced our design thinking. So, we positioned the alfresco area to maximise the poolside views.
The open-plan kitchen and living zone now flows effortlessly into the alfresco, making entertaining easy all year round.
To enhance functionality, we included a spacious butler’s pantry behind the kitchen, along with a well-designed laundry nearby.
Moving upstairs, we added three large bedrooms with built-in robes and a generous rumpus room for relaxed family living.
Meanwhile, we fully upgraded the existing areas with new timber flooring, climate control, and enhanced lighting.
One former bedroom became a stylish home office, offering both practicality and comfort.
Additionally, we reimagined the outdated bathroom, giving it a heritage-inspired finish with modern features and thoughtful detailing.
A new skylight floods the bathroom with natural light, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere throughout the day.
