Our clients approached us to help them with a fairly large home extension which involved completely renovating the existing 2 storey house and adding an extra level over a newly rebuilt garage.

The period home presented quite a few challenges, but the results are definately worth the extra effort.
We reconfigured the existing room layouts to add an Ensuite and WIR to the Master Bedroom, all finished with ultra modern cabinetry and beautiful fittings.
We also created the space for a large laundry with clothes chute from the new kids Bathroom above, with loads of storage space.
The extension area itself was relatively modest, making the Kitchen and Dining areas larger to accomodate the large new kitchen with faux brick walls, Dekton benchtops and custom black cabinets, which backs into a huge Galley Pantry.
This created a new Kitchen/ Dining/ Family room area to look out over a new pool and Alfresco area.
A new double garage was added in front of the Alfresco area with another living area complete with Ensuite built above the garage, and all wrapped in a beautiful standing seam finish.
