The design enhances both comfort and style, perfectly tailored to the homeowners’ needs.
We also created space for a large laundry complete with a practical clothes chute from the new kids’ bathroom above.
Ample storage throughout the extension ensures the home stays organised and clutter-free.
Though modest in size, the extension significantly expanded the kitchen and dining areas to better suit family living.
The new kitchen impresses with faux brick walls, durable Dekton benchtops, and custom black cabinetry, which flows seamlessly into a spacious galley pantry.
This open-plan Kitchen, Dining, and Family room area now overlooks a beautiful new pool and alfresco space, creating a perfect setting for indoor-outdoor living.
In front of the alfresco, we added a double garage topped with a stylish living area and Ensuite, enhancing both function and space.
The entire extension is wrapped in a striking standing seam finish, perfectly balancing modern elegance with the home’s classic charm.
