We engaged Katana as our Builder for our extension after they were referred to us by our Architect, and we could not have been happier with our decision.
Our design was quite extensive, and we needed to live in it while the work went on which could have been a problem (as our second child was on the way also). But Scott and Dean went out of their way to make things as comfortable for us as they could, and the tradesmen were great also. The job site was always tidy, and there was rarely a day with no one on site working, so it was over really quickly.
Katana were great at helping with design ideas, and nothing was ever a problem, there was always a solution found without any fuss. We always felt that they had our best interests at heart, and they always made sure we knew exactly what was going on at every stage, giving us a report each week of the progress, and the plan for next week.
When we extend again, we will definitely be calling the guys from Katana!
