Working closely with Architest, we brought this intricate project to life. Every element required creativity, precision, and careful planning.
To begin, we reimagined the ground floor. A polished concrete slab anchors the expansive Living Area and sleek European-style Kitchen.
Then, we incorporated high-end appliances and clever storage throughout. This space flows effortlessly to an inviting outdoor living zone.
Furthermore, timber blade detailing highlights the custom hardwood staircase. It leads to a Study with bespoke joinery and ample daylight.
Adjoining the Study, a tiled Sun Deck captures a warm, north-facing aspect. Natural light fills every corner throughout the day.
In addition, the new Master Bedroom features dual Walk-In Robes and custom built-in cabinetry. Storage is smart and generous throughout.
Skylights brighten the Ensuite, which includes premium fittings and full-height tiles. Raked ceilings enhance the airy feel upstairs.
Meanwhile, we fully restored the original front bedrooms. Each space now reflects the home’s timeless character and renewed energy.
Additionally, we reworked the downstairs bathroom. A central lightwell brings sunshine deep into the ground floor’s interior rooms.
Outside, we rebuilt the courtyard with entertaining in mind. Feature paving, faux grass, and garden beds keep maintenance low.
